20 Amps of electric no longer available.
30 Amps of electric is $65.00 per month.
50 Amps of electric is $85.00 per month. |
The rates are for 2 residents per site. Additional residents or guests - $5 per night, under 6 years of age free (no charge). All guests must register in office. $3.00 resort fee added for overnight weekly stays. There will be absolutely no electric heaters or heating elements permitted.

Deposit Payments: The method for payment of depsits is by credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and /or check are acceptable. |

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
� No Show - Refund will not be granted
� Short Term - Daily or Weekly
� Full deposit of refund 48 hours prior to arrival.
� No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
� Long Term - One month or longer
� 90 days prior to reservation satrt date - Full refund minus 10% of total reservation amount.
� Less than 60 days prior to reservation satrt date - No refund.
� Amount may be credited one time to a future reservation within one year of original reservation
date forfeited.
� Early Departure - If a stay is shorter than original reservation and less than one month, no refund
will be given. If one month or longer, the rate will be adjusted to the appropriate rate type (i.e. daily,
weekly, etc.). Credit of the adjusted unused portion of the paayment minus $150.00 administrative
fee will be applied to future reservation within one year of cancellation date or forfeited.
Policy subject to change without notice.
*Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level.
